● Eyes will not suffer pain or illness throughout the year ● . Muftī Ahmad Yār Khān Na’īmī has stated: . ‘If a person fasts on the 9th and 10th of Muharram he will get immense reward. If a person cooks good food for his family, In Sha Allah blessings shall prevail in the house for the whole year. . It is better to cook Kĥichřā (Kĥichřā is a food prepared by extensive cooking of meat with rice, wheat, maize, pulses and other grains such that a homogenized mixture is formed.) and to perform Fātihaĥ for Sayyidunā Imām Hussaīn(this has been proven to be very beneficial). On this date (i.e. the 10th of Muarram), if one performs Ghusl, he will remain safe from illnesses for the whole year because on this day the water of Zam Zam reaches all waters.’ . The Prophet of Ramaĥ, the Intercessor of the Ummaĥ, the Owner of Jannaĥ has stated, . ‘Whoever applies Išmad Kohl to his eyes on the day of ‘Āshūrā, his eyes will never suffer ache. .
