I havent worked out, lifted a single barbell or dumbbell, or done a single minute of cardio since December 11th. Most people will look at this and say thats too long or that I may gain some not so healthy lbs. I see it different. Not many people can take this long of a break and can afford it. I credit it to my overall nutrition and consistency with it not just now, but over the years. Ive been drinking my shakes, drinking my tea and still getting my protein in. It feels good to know that I dont have to rush back into the gym and kill myself there daily just to maintain my results. 3 weeks or a month of me not lifting weights or doing cardio will not put me back in an unhealthy or vulnerable state fitness wise.
