I heard a story today that a man his wife and 2 boys came back home from a baseball game that they had lost. The man was upset and he got even more upset when things werent clean and in order especially in the car. Well when they arrived home the boys and the wife went into the house leaving the man to get the gym bags and the bats and when he opened the back car door there was mud all over the back seat and spilled snacks. The man started to get very angry. Then something hit him.. His throat was in nots and he almost started crying.. The thought that came across his mind was what if there was no mess.. No mud, no spilled snacks.. His boys were happy even though they lost the game and he remembered his wife how shes always trying to clean up to make him happy. The mess.. He thought.. I love my family... I love the mess... I love the mud!! He said out loud as his neighbor stepped outside. He looked at his wife through the window and his boys who hadnt taken their cleats off yet running up and down the stairs. He walked in to see his wife frantically trying to clean and he asked her to stop and he said to her as he lifted her up with mud across her face from the boys hands he kissed her on the check right where the mud was and said I love the mud. He looked at his boys as they came down half naked throwing their dirty uniforms on the carpet he stopped them and said I love the mess you boys make. But you will need to learn to clean up after yourselves. But for now lets go out back and roll around in the mud. Now go love your mud. God bless
