I held back on posting this earlier but my mom and family are posting so I thought it ok to go ahead and share it here. In the middle of the night on Thanksgiving Eve (Wednesday night) my grandmas home was burned to the ground. She was not there as she was in southwest Arkansas with the rest of the family for Thanksgiving. I cant even begin to imagine how horrifying it would be to get that call when its Thanksgiving morning and you are several hours away from your home. The call telling you your home is gone... burned to the ground. Still, granny was able to enjoy and be grateful to be with her kids, her grandkids and her great grandkids yesterday. The family pic was taken of her, my grandpa and all of their great grandkids yesterday. She was able to smile even after hearing about the loss of her home. Material things can be hard to lose. But family is more important and I for one am incredibly grateful for the wonderful family Im a part of. Please say a prayer for my grandma as she deals with this horrible situation. (Note: Not sure what happened or how it happened yet, in case anyone is wondering.)
