I honestly was not going to share until I arrived at my goal but today I feel prompted to start telling you some of my story. Picture 1 is me last Thanksgiving. Those jeans were a size 22. Im not going to say what I weighed because the scale is not accurate the tape measurement is! I had allowed circumstances in my life to take control of everything I did. I didnt eat a lot but if and when I ate it was empty calories. I averaged 900 calories a day and typically would not eat until 1 or 2 in afternoon then a healthy dinner. Picture 2 and 3 has been my goal size 8. This was me my senior year of high school an back then I thought I was fat! I actually squeezed myself into a size 10/12 dress today. Though I could barely breath I got it on. Lol picture 4 in the coming weeks I will rock this cute little dress in public with some leggings and boots FYI :) As of my tape measure yesterday I only need to lose 5 inches to have a healthy waste size!! Yes I think I look huge in the mirror of pic still but praying God help my perspective lol :) almost there even if the scale lies. :)
