I hope youre having an awesome day, I pulled this HIIT workout from my new page @insanefitnessanywhere via Instagram... I dedicated this page to HIIT exercises and training that can be done from anywhere! The only rest youll get during this routine is the ISO REST, during the Hardstyle Plank. SPEED SHRED: - Plyo Jacks x 40sec - HardStyle Plank x 20sec -- next flip flop the exercises so that the HardStyle Plank x 40sec comes first followed by Plyo Jacks x 20sec. --- repeat for 10min ----------------------------------- I just want to say thanks for all the love and support.
