I hosted a wine dinner a couple of nights ago with Kings Estate. We had 37 people attend. I have added photos of Tempura battered oysters with Korean slaw and fresh Sablefish seared with roasted brusselsprouts and three mushroom risotto and red wine reduction signature. Yes, it was scrumptious. We had media coverage from three magazines and two newspapers. I look forward to the next one at the beginning of 2015. If you are near the Emerald Coast come join us. Four course meal with four courses of wine for $50. A steal.
