I hummed and aahed about whether to talk about this on face book, and came to the decision that I would as it is playing on my mind! A little cat came to us a while ago (dear little girl!) with what is known as claw caps, they apparently stop cats (and dogs) from scratching the furniture! I was horrified to see that you can buy these online for a few quid complete with a tube of adhesive, you can get pretty one’s ,glittery ones, pink, blue, anything you like. I know it’s not the end of the world but I happen to class this as a cruel practice, cats rely on their claws for so much! Apparently they grow out! I complained to ebay who, logged my complaint.. so wish me luck with that one! P.s you can even get them for kittens and puppies.. as for our dear little girl, she is off for a dental this week so our vet will remove them at the same time.
