I injured my knee almost a year ago -- and thought I was going to have to do surgery. Well, mainstream doctors offices and hospitals are pretty much my LEAST favorite thing, so I decided to heal my knee myself. With a positive mindset, I lowered the impact of my workouts and started focusing on PiYo! It is an amazing fusion of yoga and pilates, that will still get you dripping with sweat, but wont beat you up! Its FUN and almost relaxing!
