I just arrived here yeasterday in the middle of the night and will leave direkt after work today, but this place already stole my heart! :D I have never been at the hotel with so much personality and charm! The history and old fashion stile meet needs of a modern person just perfectly. You get the feeling that you are in a home environment and not hotel. They have the bath/ sauna in the way Lenin was taking it, elevator with music from 40th, bookshelves everywhere even in the rooms with everything from classics to Kalle Anka. Some small things as the fact that I could make my own fresh orange juice just another reason for a smile and good mood! :D and the walls! All the pictures need to be seen and read (the combo of Frida Kahlos self portraits, Russia around 40th, funny Chinese translation mistakes and so much else is mind blowing) ok, need ti stop beeing so excited and get to the job...but you see my point ;)
