I just called Customer Service about lowering my bill from $200 a month, which includes unlimited everything, to $130 a month that is unlimited text and talk that includes 1GB (we never even hit close to 1GB) and thought it was a wonderful deal. BUT, I was informed after I wanted to switch to the lower payment that I would not be on a contract under the Framily Plan and that I would have to pay out of pocket for mine and my husbands phone. I was also informed that you have this great 24 month financing plan so I could upgrade my phone. WHAT?! Really? I wanted to lower my bill due to financial issues and you guys are nothing but sneaky, money hungry jerks! So basically I will be paying the same amount money I am now because I am paying the new bill amount plus the monthly payment of the new phones so that will put me back up to about $200 a month! Thanks for nothing Sprint. As soon as my contract is up in October I am out!
