I just did a awesome 30 minute upper body workout I did 150 chest flys with my 12 pound weights 100 overhead arm extensions 100 arm curls with my resistance bands and 50 back rows with my weights I wanted to do my abs tonight cause I want a six pack for summer but I thought I did enough for tonight but tomorrow Im really going to start back up on my ab coaster and doing 200 crunches a day on that but Im starting sort of like a low sodium diet cause It can help with me not have many dizzy spells so this will help me flatten out my abs while Im also doing my crunches but I need to make sure Im not losing weight cause I want to weight between 170 to 175lbs for summer and I weigh like 168 or 170 now I just need to lose the last few inches on my obliques and Ill probably be well on my way to a six pack starting tomorrow Im going to really go for It all with working out my abs.
