I just did something I almost never do, which is to fill out an online customer service questionnaire. It was for the Dunkin Donuts on Clark in North Rogers Park. I think it is amusing and I hope it helps out Salim as he is the coolest of cats. So if youre in my neighborhood between 5:30-6:30 AM... Dunkin Donuts is already a very fine establishment, with operation hours, quality of product, and consistency of service as all good reasons why I frequent your stores. What sets one particular location apart from others is the hard work and dedication of one crew member in particular, Mr. Salim B. Salim is an excellent and enthusiastic employee. He greets me quite warmly in the morning, which is a real treat during the panic of rush hour. Salim clearly remembers who his customers are and, in my case, what a regular likes to order and how they like their orders prepared. In the off-chance occasions that a line of customers should be before me, Salim applies his exceptional customer awareness toward having everything I need ready and waiting for me when I reach the cashier. He also knows if Im late to work! I cant really explain how much Salim makes his customers feel valued, suffice to say I leave my apartment earlier than usual just so I can enjoy his consistently high level of service. I do not presume to know how global corporations operate, but I would certainly promote Salim to a position that allows his particular brand of customer awareness to be applied everywhere.
