I just experienced a man masturbating near me at Bennu coffee shop. This is not the first time I felt like someone was touching themselves near me. This is the first time that I asked them what they was doing, got up, and told the whole coffee shop what was going on. The dude fled but he left his jacket. I hope that they catch him. Apparently this is not the first time that this has happened here. Edit: If this happens to you I really suggest getting a full description of them before calling them out.
