I just got an invite from TwinnyMafia and at first I was surprised .But I accepted his invite like I normal do here on facebook and I asked him :Why you call your self TwinnyMafia ?He replied :Is because I love your tracks/music ,u inspire me Such reply just shut me down and I left the conversation like that .Then again he asked me Why You Call your self TwinnyTee To cut the story short my real name is THEMBA that where Tee comes from .Iam blessed to have a twin bro so Twinny comes from twin(s) .Everyone in my township Tembisa and school they use to call me twin(s)even today they still do. The moral of the story is ,it cool to be inspired by some one and that what we all live to .Inspire others before you expire .But to take it far and name ur self with the name that is used by same name that is used by someone who happen to inspire you as you? Dont get me wrong I love Aviciis work and he inspire me a lot but I wont call my sellf Avicii Tee or Avicii Twinny. Why ?That would be a turn off to him and his fans .But hey who am I to say this ?Im Just an unknown upcoming deejay/producer whos trying to make it in the entertainment space .Such branding/naming it confuses people specially promoters/ record labels they wont find the right person they are looking due the fact that we all share same name(s) That my 2Cent about Name Poaching .Good morning everyone!!!
