I just got my ranch eggs from my friend Morningstar. Omlete for dinner perhaps? She has open range chickens...I miss Montana but I tell you I have a healthy lifestyle here. Fresh garden veggies, ranch eggs, the gym...Well actually its been three weeks since I have been at the gym. I start again Monday. Recess I noticed how I feel sort of down. Not happy and hyper as I am usually. I think its lack of recess....hummmmm I need to get those endorphins pumping again. I just feel so blah. The beach Saturday or Sunday, take the RV I think so I can take a nap inside and fix some nice teas. That will re-energize me a little...flip flops and shorts. Big bonfire... A little sun perhaps...Is it Friday yet??? Hello Los Angeles I must embrace you again....
