I just got off the phone and spent 199.99 fixing my pc. I just found out that during the internet outage. some one in South Africa was using my email address and had access to every thing on my pc. I had a worm called koobface en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koobface I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE TAKE WHAT IS MINE AND USE MY STUFF WITH OUT MY CONSENT. Found out that they have been using my email address for about a year and a half. And using my net work for phishing. They destroyed the inside of my pc and every time I would do a checkup they had programs that made me think every thing was alright. although this was the cheapest way to go I now have 24/7 protection and people that will monitor my pc once a month.
