I just got some fantastic news from the Doctors today and he could not stop praising me for such a great accomplishment and he cant believe the results for someone who has Diabetes & AS!! Tryglicerides December 2013 August 2014 2.6 Now .9 Bad Cholesterol LDL 2.7 Now 1.7 Good Cholesterol HDL 1.4 Now 1.7 Sugar was sitting on Borderline and is now in Normal Range I have lost 15 pounds Blood Pressure sits at 108/69/69 I am sorry I just had to share the happy news. I have been down because of the diagnosis of Diabetes & Ankylosing Spondylitis all within one year and it is just nice to share some exciting news with everyone. I am just glowing right now and I didnt give up or sacrifice anything to get here. I just cut my portions, started eating at home and added a few more healthy foods. The doctor & I discussed that I would probably have to go on Cholesterol & Blood Pressure medication but I asked him for 6 months longer to show that I could bring it down without the medication. He is truly happy for me. :)
