I just had a brief look at a few of the before and after pictures from this year, and OMG you girls should be proud of yourself.. Youve defied what everyone else has said and done, got your heads down, ignored the dessert trolley (sometimes!) and just got on with it, Just goes to show you that you DONT have to put up with your belly hanging over your jeans when picking the kids up, you DON;T have to wear a dress that covers everything and isnt to fitted because your scared of looking bloated, you can wear something other than a black one piece on holiday...and probably the biggest thing this year... ITS OK FOR WOMEN TO LIFT! Youve ignored every nay sayer, the ones that call you obsessed, the ones that encourage you to have a chocolate(if its Turkish delight send it my way). Myself, Luke , Hannah ,Vicky and Chloe are super lucky to work with a bunch of hard working people, massive well done Also not forgetting anyone that we have not put a picture up/or got one of, well done to you all, The last camp of the year starts on the 24th novemeber----->b-fituk.co.uk/#!the-camp/c1yws Some people just dont like being the commodity, youve just got to ask your self, do you?
