I just had a dream that I had gotten into an elevator to go start my lunch but then it malfunctioned. The doors stayed open while it went to the next floor, but when it got there it decided not to stop but to go back down to the first floor where it then went sideways along a track until it joined a commuter rail system. Realizing that it was only a matter of time before the next big metrolink type train hit it, I pressed the e-stop button and my fellow coworkers and I jumped off. Sure enough, one came along as we were calling for help but we were able to somehow divert the train to a maintenance track and avoid a collision. The 9-11 people were like, Oh this happens all of the time, and they pressed a button and the elevator went back to the building and left me stranded. I had to walk to the train station and buy a ticket to get back and just as I was arriving at the station there was a shuttle launch that exploded. I knew it was about to start raining down debris around me but I had no cover. I decided that my best option at that point was to wake up, so I did. I never did get to take my lunch.
