I just had my first bad experience with my Worldmark membership. Last year, we had went ahead and bought 6000 developer credits to be able to get all the perks of ownership. We were given a credit free RCI week to use. We would just be responsible for the exchange rate of $249. I wanted to use it for our 20th anniversary next year. Tried Hawaii, denied because its not on the list. So I found Mexico, looked up a wonderful resort both my husband and I loved, only to be denied because we are only allowed a hotel or studio. Im a bit upset with the fact that if Im paying a certain amount of money to purchase the additional credits, I should be able to obtain the type of unit, size of unit, and which resort I would like to spend my vacation. For those if you that may obtain this week in an update, its worthless! I tried looking at the bright side and tried to be accommodating and flexible, but twice being denied, is my limit. I still love my Worldmark ownership, just a bit flustered right now.
