I just had to tell somebody. The other day I drove down my street( I usually come down the alley). On the side opposite side of the street I saw kids playing in the front yard. I always slow down to a crawl. OK i was being a good neighbor. Their was a lady sitting on the porch and a man sitting on the steps painting her toe nails! THREE houses down these people had there laundry hanging in the front yard! OMG what is my block coming too ? I am going to have to move. I have never seen anything like this before. Almost hit a car! WTF !!!
