I just heard a report that the least profitable college degrees in this country are in Arts and Education. Do you know why? ITS BECAUSE WE ARE HANDING THIS COUNTRY/SOCIETY OVER TO THE DUMB JOCK MENTALITY AND LETTING SPORTS COMPLETELY TAKE OVER. Where is that going to lead? Goon-type leadership for one (and we are already tapped for good leaders in this country, obviously). The coliseums are everywhere and costing the taxpayers billions and billions while our infrastructure is crumbling (along with our society). Yes, I know, most of you think Im nuts but my warning could be looked upon in the future as prophetic. Its really not that hard to predict. History always repeats itself. It is a human flaw I guess. NO one has any patience with art anymore, thats why music sucks the way it does. Developmental record deals? Whats that? Conversely, everyone is so quick to put these sports stars up on pedestals because , apparently, they have all the answers by observing life from the inside of a sports facility and being entitled to an easy ride from seventh grade on because they can run and jump.
