I just heard this song, and a million thoughts went running through my mind. Growing up in DC, if your alarm clock radio was set to WHUR, you heard this every morning at 6 a.m.. It played the morning I with my siblings and Stevie Wonder gave a free concert to make today a holiday. Hearing that song reminded me of my MeMe. Thank you for all of your prayers. Shes resting well. Surgery was a success. It reminded me of where we as a country have been, where we are, and where were going. Heres hoping that this holiday, meant something more than just sleeping in. My wish for you is that it was a reminder of where youve been, where you are, and where youre going. #TheKIMCHRONICLES
