It was a lady saying she was from the irs and needed to speak with me or my attorney about an extremely pressing issue and that legal action would ensue. She left me a phone number and said do not try to disregard this call. She then told me to take care. I also could hardly understand her very thick accent. Im thinking if it was the irs they would send a letter or wouldnt say take care right?
