I just overheard my boss talking to someone about why so many men here in my office are so good looking. Keep in mind I always describe myself as average looking and I always think the other men here are much better looking than me. Him: In this industry you need to have good looking men and beautiful women working for you. New Female Sales Manager: Why? Him: Because this industry is dominated by men and men purchase with their eyes not with their mind. You need beautiful women for the straight architects and good looking men for the gay designers. Why do you think Trent is the first face you see when you walk in? It wasnt always that way but we noticed the gay designers love to look at and talk to him. Me: Shaking my head and feeling like I was just molested.
