I just read all the comments on my post last night and I just know - TopicsExpress

I just read all the comments on my post last night and I just know things are going to be fine. For anyone who knows me you know that my children describe my car as Dollar General on wheels. You can always find something in it because it is never clean. Also, for anyone that knows me I am a firm believer that God is always sending me signs. Well, today as I was rushing to work in Conway I saw a very tiny kitten in the middle of the road in the swampy section where there were no houses nearby. (I am not a cat lover but am a sucker for an abandoned or sick animal). I backed up, walked back down the road in my high heals and dress looking for this kitten only to find that it was very thin with an injured eye and I was already late for work. So I ran back to the car to see what I had to wrap her up in if I could catch her...and I still had the pillow from MUSC and the pillow case from Lacys last surgery (no, I didnt take it from the hospital they gave it to us!!) so I caught the little rascal in the pillow case and took her to my dear friends house who took her to the shelter for me. She (the little kitten) is going to be fine!!! I tell this story because I know God was talking to me this morning when he pulled on my heart strings to make me stop and rescue the kitten and reach into my car and pull out the white MUSC pillow case ( stained with Lacys blood and a little coffee) and remind me that I was going to provide a shield of protection for her just as he has provided the shield for Lacy. Every single day God uses us to reach to him and pray and every one that has taken time from their busy schedule to pray for Lacy has blessed our family. Ok, so its late and I am rambling...Im just saying that God reassured me today that he had this and His work was done, MUSC had finished His job and I could let go of my fears. So, I passed that sweet kitten on to a place where she could be healed and loved. Funny thing is that I didnt realize all this until I sat down and read the comments tonight. God is good!! The blood Christ shed for our sins....I sometimes think about that and wonder...when you have that feeling of helping someone completely helpless how fulfilling it is...I bet there is no comparison...think about it.
