You know how you see a form written like this: ADDRESS: Number street name City/town postcode And how we put our suburb in the city/town part and its strange because a suburb isnt a city or a town, well the reason why is because they dont have suburbs in the US. If you live in New York City for example, you live in Manhatten, Queens, Brooklyn or the Bronx. This area is only about the size Perth CBD plus Northbridge and Mt Lawley. So if Perth was in the US, the suburbs we all live in, wouldnt be part of Perth, they would be towns or cities. People dont travel far like we do. Plus they have everything they need in their town or city. So take my suburb of Balga, if in the US, it would contain its own central hub. Balga would have its own council and mayor and be fully self sufficient. Oh and while on the topic, who wants to guess how many people live in Balga? Was googling earlier and I nearly died. Ben said its obvious it would be roughly this figure. Im either stupid or hes just incredible spacial intelligence. Pls no cheating. Just tell me what you think it would be roughly.
