I just read the biggest load of bullshit on a wall. I know it was posted for my benefit. To put me in my place so to speak. However it had the exact opposite effect. It got me thinking about the lies we tell ourselves and the lies we tell others. And how we desperately try to paint our lives the exact shade we want. Huge effort, sometimes with absolute no result. Instead we should just embrace our own true self. Like Master Tolle always say.... We should just be. On the effort scale it is so very easy, on the implementation scale almost impossible. One of the reasons why I prefer 4 - 6 year olds. Now they have the art of being in the bag! No pretence, no hiding, no lying.... Just in your face being! Indeed, Denial is NOT just a big river in Egypt.
