I just realized I have been in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt for just over one month. So much has happened and I have learned and grown so much. It seems like I have been here for a long time. I guess I am beginning to feel at home here a bit. I now know where I can buy 6Liter bottles of water, great fresh vegetables and fruit right in my neighborhood. I am also starting to see several of the same people as I walk around. We greet each cordially, by name. I have a favorite grocery store, and a pharmacy all within walking distance of my apartment. Now with school starting, I have a job, an apartment and a nice neighborhood. Home sweet home! I am blessed. :D
