I just realized I never shared my news w this group. I went raw March 2014 for 6 mths. In that 6 mths I achieved so much health wise. No more signs of protein in my kidneys, high cholesterol gone and a drastic decrease in my insulin. I started the journey trying to get off insulin. Im not fully raw right now. I will conquer the diabetes again by going back to it. However , I had one very big surprise. After 10 yrs (my son is 10) and doctors telling me I need a fertility clinic..Im 14 weeks pregnant. Never let anyone tell you that you cannot achieve your health goals. Xox babies in fetal position ;)
