I just realized that i havent had a full nights sleep in 4 years. the hole first year of Israels life i didnt sleep well because i was paranoid something would happen to him while he slept, then after his first birthday, i was like ok i can sleep now. just in time for him to be diagnosed with diabetes, and i havent slept well since. He is worth it, both my boys are worth it to wake up 4 or more times a night, but its taking a toll on my body. i feel like a zombie most of the time lol. and now i am addicted to monster energy drinks smh lol
