I just returned from Albany Medical Center with a visit to my neurological surgeon.......................... Got about the WORSE NEWS I have ever received in my life......... Although I do not require another brain surgery or spinal surgery..... He did give me the news that as I type this,is still hard for me to swallow.. To paraphrase,.... What you have now,Jay(regarding any more return of functions).Is what you are gonna be stuck with for the rest of your life. There is nothing more that can be done,ect,ect... ........The only thing you can do now is strengthening & Exercise ... IM NOT BUYING IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I truly believe that in Christs love and strength within me ........ I AM FAR FROM Giving Up !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just gonna continue to practice what I preach........ NEVER GIVE UP !!!!!! Im not expecting myself to suddenly turn into Superman and be able to run a 5K race vs the likes of Nancy Ranck Koval or throw a triple-dropkick with guys like Albert Gray or Charlie Fritze But my faith has kept me strong all this time, and I KNOW God has more plans on me being more than Stuck with what I got.... and I will continue to bust my damn ass and continue to make strides!!!! Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ,who strengthens me!! ( The video is of me,yesterday doing one-legged squats with the leg I was once told by Doctors, You will more than likely,never to be use your leg ever again...... Guess I proved them wrong?!?!.......... Although you will see at end of video,I always try to over-do things sometimes......My leg just gives out and I collapse.....
