I just shared this recipe on my Pampered Chef party pages today and I thought that you guys should know about this great recipe too.... I am about to BLOW YOUR MIND....are you ready? TURKEY BREAST in 25 minutes! This is a Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast made in our Rockcrok Casserole Dish. Doesnt it look gorgeous??? All you do is slice an onion and put it on the bottom, add your thawed turkey breast on top. Sprinkle your turkey breast with Pampered Chef Herbs DeProvence Seasoning and Crushed Peppercorn and Garlic Rub. Place the lid on (no other liquid required) and put it in the microwave for 20-25 minutes (check internal temperature to make sure its perfect...should read 165...will vary based on your microwave). Let rest for a few minutes, carve, and serve! Remember, the rockcrok can go in the microwave, on the stove, in the oven, under the broiler, and on the grill. Plus, its DISHWASHER safe for super easy cleanup. Its clay on the inside and smooth enamel coated on the outside. That means its light, conducts heat well, and stays warm for a long while. It comes in 3 sizes! Just imagine how many ways you can use this baby!
