I just started my Teacher Training program at Pure Equinox, in New York City. My favorite classes are with Stephanie Culen, the Queen of all yoga teachers this side of the planet, at Equinox. My Yoga teachers are Kay Kay and Yogi Charu, at Pure East! They are both impressive, inspiring, uplifting and supportive teachers. It is all together an outstanding experience to reconnect with the body and the mind in ways we normally do not encounter unless we become serious and playful and determined to practice the art and science that teaches us to integrate body, mind, and soul. Namaste!!!
