I just thought of something. I saw several people posting photos of the tickets they were given free by the VooDoo, to give out to friends. Hundreds, in fact, thousands of tickets were printed to give out. I like the idea, but there is an evil notion behind it I fear. Attendance at games is reported based on the number of Tickets OUT, not tickets used. Not turnstiles. So by the team already printing and giving out these tickets, those count towards attendance at this weeks game. The Voodoo, will see an increase in reported attendance that they theoretically could use towards getting more sponsors. Again, while a good thing, is it ethical is the question?
