I just told the youngens of the house that IF they continue to act, think, do and behave as 5 year olds, that I will have to resort to honoring their behavioral age. Im tired of the not me the I didnt do the it was____ and other scapegoats they use. They sound, think, do and act just like a 5 year old. Instead of taking responsibility for things. They make up excuses, they blame others, never admitting to their doings. Worse not taking responsibility and fixing it. They do no chores or one or two will help out while others flat out refuse. If anything is done its not completed. Done talking to the wall Im going to take action. A family helps each other period! You live in the same household you help each other, you work together, you help keep the common areas clean. You break something own up to it. Say something so it can be replaced. So guess what they will have to get treated like a 5 year old. No electronics, no computers of any type, no going out unless I am there to chaperone, etc. By the way, the chronical ages are 18 (on the 23rd), 16, 14, 10 and 6. And no not singling either one out because they all are involved they all do it.
