I just want to give all patients of Health first Physicians in Mason, Ohio to absolutely make sure if you leave that office with a script in your hand, check it for errors. Someone in that office wrote down the wrong information directly off of my previous months prescription bottle even to the wrong dosage, and even put my wife`s name on the script in place of mine. This has previously happened and has not been rectified. I would have checked but I had surgery and was bed ridden I cannot to continue to have this type of error happen to my medication. I was told today, 1/2/2015, by one person in this office that the physicians do not always have time to verify with the medical records and compare to the previous months prescription and prescription bottle therefore this individual has caused chaos.. Thanks to this total irresponsibility of an office worker, even after taking this medicine in for a script on 12-16-2014, I am now out of my medication.
