EXPERIENCE 1: Played at a Funeral once and there were more - TopicsExpress

EXPERIENCE 1: Played at a Funeral once and there were more people on the Funeral Home Staff than there were at the Funeral. Yet, it was one of the highest amounts I was ever paid for playing and singing at a Funeral. Come to find out the man had outlived all but 3 of his family members. He had written all of his friends that he knew and enclosed a check with the note. Each persons note read the same, I just had to send you this note to say THANK YOU. I am going to be dying soon. I forgive you, harbor no ill will towards you and want to repay you for all youve put me through over the years. Lastly, when I die, you will not be notified of my passing. Accept this check of $500! THANKS FOR NOTHING! While you tried to bilk me for my money, my nephews already had it. They are millionaires because of you. THANKS! My Check was for $500 and my note read, Whoever renders the music for my Service, you just have do 1 song. Sing a verse and two choruses of Amazing Grace. Depending on how well you sing and play, you will be given 3 more envelopes. Needless to say, I received 3 more and a total of $2,000 for 1 song. Oh What A Story n Experience.
