I just want to say how thankful we are for our friends and supporters for hanging in here with us through the happy as well as the sad times. We have learned so much about horses since being in rescue. Right when I think I have seen every disease, lameness issue and injury a horse can possibly have we get in a horse with something Ive never even heard of. Rhodococcus, colitis, antihydrosis, EPM just to name a few. The most common issue that we see though is caused by man, simple starvation. The resiliency of horses has amazed me. I share their progress and transformation in hopes that people will look at horses differently when they see one for sale or at the auction, that they can envision the potential if fed and cared for properly.
