I just want to say that, Erin Marvin, Ann Kathryn Arnold and the rest of the Downtown Wichita Falls Development board made the absolute right decision in cancelling the parade tonight. Its still raining! Who would have come? The dignitaries wouldnt have been sitting on the convertibles, the kids would be soaked to the bone on their floats and walking, and even Santa and Mrs. Claus wouldnt have been riding on their traditional open fire truck. Not to mention all of the decorations that would have melted away in the rain! In my opinion, it would have been a flop. We wouldnt even have been there :) Good decision everyone!!
