Public Education in America is in a terrible condition. Our young people are almost devoid of any information about how our Republic is supposed to work. Others have grown up with virtually no exposure to the Civics and history classes that previous generations of Americans took for granted. Theyre being taught something, but at the end of their educational experience, they cannot articulate basic facts about the origins, and nature of the country. Now these very people are in positions of influence in the media, and government, and are profoundly ignorant of core knowledge when they start pontificating. Thats why a lawless president presents nary a problem for them. When president Obama says that he will go it on his own, and that he will make law with his pen and his phone, This is a bald faced usurpation of Legislative power by the Executive Branch. This imperialism does not startle a clueless person, who has ZERO understanding of the Separation of Powers doctrine. What if the Supreme Court started making laws, instead of interpreting them? Well, they did in fact do that in 1973 with Roe vs Wade, but generally they decide on a laws constitutionality. The President is willing to become a law maker through Executive Orders. Im not talking about orders that affect only the Executive Branch, no, hes making sweeping changes in our government that should rightly involve our duly elected legislators in Congress. He accuses them of doing nothing. What he really means is that they are not implementing his radical leftist agenda. Their constituents dont want that agenda, or else they would agree with the President and enact them as a matter of law, and not tyrannical edicts from the White House. In the Presidents view, Congress is there to agree with him. He was elected president and that gives him the right to manage the country in a Strong Man type of way. He admires these kinds of leaders in third world countries, and fancies himself as one. He does not need law. Furthermore, he says he will take steps WITHOUT legislation. How else can that be viewed as anything other than lawlessness. But even Congress does not stand up to this lawlessness. Someone should say, hold on Mr. President, we are the ones charged with making the laws, thank you very much. That is how the founders set this system of government up. Very few people on the left, can articulate the theory of separation of powers. Actually, the president did agree with that notion once upon a time. He told a LULAC audience that he could not just make up brand new immigration law by himself. He has since that meeting, changed his mind. He says now says, If Congress wont act, Ill do it on my own. That is not Constitutional folks. Even if you are a low information type of person, you should be able to understand that Congress is there for a reason, and that this body of legislators are charged with representing, We The People. Constitutionally, the President does not represent the people. He is supposed to enforce the laws made by Congress. Congress represents the people. The minute Executive Power, and Legislative Power are combined in one person, you no longer have a Constitutional presidency. That is an imperial presidency, which is effectively, a tyranny. President Obama cloaks his tyrannical actions in the guise of doing things for the middle class, and to lift people out of economic inequality. That is not his job. Our free market economy does that, if he would just get out of its way. He uses that high sounding rhetoric to amass unchecked power unto himself. This is exactly what Adolph Hitler did, and it plunged Germany into war, and economic ruin. Obama has people who support him, and will never challenge anything that he does. He will always be seen as a messianic type of figure in their eyes. Those of us who are familiar with history, we know for sure how this always plays out. It never ends well. If one objects to what President Obama is doing, the media elites, along with the underclass, will dismiss you as a racist. If youre black, the Black Community will pillory you as an Uncle Tom, or an Aunt Jemima. They will not engage your ideas, because they cant. History, law, and civics speak for themselves. What the president is doing comes out of Saul Alinskys book, Rules for Radicals. Those who embrace the satanic ideas promulgated in that book will say, YEAH! take over Mr. President, show the elected lawmakers in Congress, that they dont mean squat! Congress does not want to turn on the income redistribution system that the president wants for America. But Obama will not allow them to stand in his way. He is cut from a different cloth. It has absolutely nothing to do with American values and principles. It is foreign to the core. It comes out of Das Kapital. You didnt build that, therefore the government can come and take it from you, and redistribute your wealth to its rightful owners. Give them the wealth, give them the wealth! That quote are the actual words of Van Jones, a communist community organizer who shares president Obamas political philosophies.
