I just want to take the opportunity this Veterans Day to thank everyone, not just the military, who put themselves on the line and work for the greater good of the Homeland, every day. Thank you Agents of the IRS for seeing to it that everyone is paying their fair share, the NSA, on the information front, for vigilance in protecting our freedoms from cyber threats, the TSA, for the safe atmosphere you provide for us in the air, the FBI for the foiling of over twenty planned attacks on the Homeland since 9 11, the DEA for fighting to protect us from the debilitating cultural effects of dangerous substances, the ATF for undermining those evil Mexican Druglords through gun running. All those who work within the justice system to see to it that everybody gets their day in court before an impartial jury, wisely informed of the primacy of the Law over the individual. Its for all the teachers, who work for low wages to hand the baton of this great American tradition to the next generation. Let us not forget that Veterans Day is about everyone employed by Federal institutions to maintain societal order! Its for everyone who has ever taken a position within Federal Hierarchy, and put their own volition aside in pursuit of the greater good! Thank all of you. We who have never put our wills aside cannot fathom the magnitude of sacrifice you make everyday on our behalf. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
