I just want to take the time to express how happy I am. I never thought that I would see the day where I could get married. I definitely did not think it would be today! I Wish I could express the excitement and joy that I have felt in my heart all day. To know that I found someone who is a true meaning of my soul mate and now we can make it official. It is still a shock to me. On Tuesday, when the new marriage licenses come out, LaRissa Ann Mackall-Neal and I will be there to file for our marriage licenses. I want to thank everyone who stands behind us, even if you do not agree with us being together. LaRissa has most definitely changed me as a person and my outlook on life. I have never been any happier as I have been the past 2.5 years we have been together. To say that she is actually going to be my wife, it is a dream come true. I could not have imagined where I would have been without her. I have never been with someone so caring, passionate, and honest. All I know, is that on Tuesday, my amazing fiance and I will be at the court house getting our marriage license. Then next Spring or Summer we will actually be having a ceremony. I am just in total dismay right now and to the point of crying (again). Something I never thought would come true for me and came true and no better time then when I have the love of my life by my side and she has already said yes :) I love you so much LaRissa and I am just so happy right now. I cannot wait until you completely become Mrs. Neal.
