I just wanted to let everyone know that Im going to be doing a metabolic circuit workout Saturday the 19th @9AM sharp! Its a quick but intense 15min workout followed by a 5min Burnout and Id love to have u join me! 20 minutes!! Thats it!! Then bring on the pancakes😉lol!
