I just wanted to share that Katie and I had the best experience we could possibly have at Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital in Kanawha City given the circumstances we had to deal with. These people were absolutely the best, truly cared about us and our dog, and even sent us a sympathy card in the mail after we had to put him down. Whens the last time a people hospital (or even doctor) did that after you lost a loved one? Those are good people right there, folks. You cant hardly BEAT that kind of compassion and personal service out of ANYONE nowadays. With Chief being halfway gone the first time we walked in their door, its not like they treated us that well because we were customers for years; they simply cared about him, us, and our unfortunate situation. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a pet. Theyre across the road from Steak Escape in KC.
