I just wanted to take this opportunity to write a bit of a (actually, very!) cringey status, whilst Im sat on my sofa in my new house after an awesome day riding and teaching... Never did I think, aged 21, Id have achieved what Rio and I have, be self employed, doing my favourite things in the world, renting my own house plus paying for both of my horses, completely financially supporting myself. None of this could have been possible without so many people in my life and I just wanted to thank you all for your help, support and constant encouragement. You all know who you are but, mum, dad, the rest of my family, Emma Corbett and Steph Pike.. You guys have been there when Ive felt like giving up and I love you all so much. Plus my trainers along the way (especially Carl), World Class, all my amazing sponsors, the incredible team (Alice, Rob and Freddie.. Plus of course Ben ;)) that is Lordswood Dressage and all my lovely clients, who Im so proud of. Thank you all so much for your support, it really does mean the world to me :) Right cringe status over!!! Off to Carls tomorrow for a lesson with Rio before doing our first proper affiliated Grand Prix, a week today, so cant wait!!!
