I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year. I know I havent been present in the last few weeks. Just know I have been resting comfortably so I could recover from my cold and laryngitis. Today, I woke up with my voice having some higher pitches in my voice, so Im sounding closer to my normal voice, and not sounding like Harvey Fierstein. Just in time too, since I am leaving for Vegas tomorrow. Hopefully, time in the sun and having fun will bring me (and my voice) back to some sense of normality - whatever that means - when you all see me next. Whenever that happens to be. I recognize I have been a little distant as of lately. Especially here on Facebook. Its been a stressful year, and a year of change. In between work and all the events I attended, Ive been finding myself taking a lot more time for myself, which is a good thing. Quite frankly, Ive been behind on my responsibilities all around (especially with photos), and Im sorry for not living up to the standards that people have come to expect of me. I thank everyone who have been extremely patient with me. For this year, I will continue to re-evaluate my priorities and make changes in a lot of areas in my life. The changes may be small or large. I dont know what these changes will look like, but I have to try and change something because I cannot keep living like how I have been living.
