I just went on a little search to find out what the name of Haman means in the bible, because it sounds so much like Hamas which is the Hebrew word for violence. But I found out something more... Haman was called The enemy of the Jews and he laid out a plot to destroy the Jewish people. They were miraculously spared at the last hour. I see this as prophetic of the future. In the book of Esther, Haman, is the son of Ha-Medatha, the Agagite. Haman means The magnificent one... What does his fathers name mean? Who troubles the law and agitator of the law it also means double but there is more... He is called an Agagite but this didnt define his heritage. It defined his nature. Agag means The adversary, the ruling ego, carnality. They were descendents of Amalek. Many years prior, Saul had disobediently let the King of Amalek live when God wanted every last Amalekite - this is why - YHVH, knowing the future knew that their children would not ever become kind and loving people, they would be His own childrens perpetual enemy. But what is most telling of all is what Ha-Medatha means according to Persian etymology: Given by the moon. If you know anything about the religion of Islam, you know that its origin is moon god worship. Same battle, on repeat.
