I keep reading articles that say that when you eat breakfast you weigh less. Well I have never been a breakfast eater so I eat lunch about 11. Lately I have gotten to where I eat a little, like a bowl of cereal before going to work. About 11 I get the munchies, just drink some more water or tea. Sometimes I have a "Lunchable" (6 crackers with 6 pieces of turkey and cheese), and I wait until dinner, and I find I have lost about 5 pounds without even trying. My job is very physical and I drink alot of water (which I have always done since I sweat so much ) - just sharing :-)
